On August 4, 2024, in the evening, Metropolitan Symeon of Vinnytsia and Bar prayed at the Transfiguration Cathedral of Vinnytsia at the evening service, during which his Eminence and the clergy read the akathist to the Most Holy Theotokos. During the service, prayers were offered for Ukrainian soldiers, God's protection and the victory of Ukraine. After the service, Archpriest Dymytriy Pylyn addressed the parishioners with a sermon.
