On the Day of the National Flag of Ukraine, the blessed flag of Ukraine was raised near the Cathedral of Vinnytsia

On August 23, 2023, on the Day of the National Flag of Ukraine, Metropolitan Symeon of Vinnytsia and Bar blessed the flag of Ukraine. After the blessing, the flag was solemnly raised on the square near the Transfiguration Cathedral in Vinnytsia. The right to raise the flag was granted to the military chaplains of the Vinnytsia-Bar diocese.
