On September 2, 2023, on the eve of the 13th Sunday after Pentecost, Metropolitan Symeon of Vinnytsia and Bar held an All-night vigil at the Transfiguration Cathedral of Vinnytsia. His Eminence was concelebrated by the clergy of the cathedral. After the Polieleos, the Archpastor delivered a sermon and anointed the parishioners with holy oil.
