On October 22, 2023, on the 20th Sunday after Pentecost and the day of remembrance of St. Raphael, Metropolitan of Kyiv, Metropolitan Symeon of Vinnytsia and Bar, together with Archbishop Athanasius of Odesa and Balta, celebrated the Divine Liturgy at the Cathedral of the Nativity of Christ in Odesa.
During the service, a prayer was offered for the Ukrainian army and Ukraine's victory over the russian aggressor.
After the service, Metropolitan Symeon thanked Bishop Athanasius for the invitation and joint prayer.
