On October 25, 2023, Metropolitan Symeon of Vinnytsia and Bar met with the chaplains of the Vinnytsia-Bar Diocese, who graduated from the Military Institute of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, at the diocesan administration. The chaplains told the Metropolitan about their studies and the theoretical and practical knowledge they have gained, which they will use in the military units in which they serve. The chaplains also told the Archpastor about their experience in ministry and asked for prayers, blessings and spiritual advice. The meeting was also attended by candidates for chaplains who will soon begin their service in the units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
