On October 27, 2023, on the eve of the feast day of the Great Martyr Paraskeva and St. Theophilus of Kyiv, Metropolitan Symeon of Vinnytsia and Bar held an All-Night vigil at the Transfiguration Cathedral of Vinnytsia. The Metropolitan was concelebrated by the cathedral clergy. After the polyeleos, the Archpastor addressed the faithful with a sermon and anointed the congregation with holy oil.
