On October 31, 2023, on the eve of the feast day of The Holy Wonderworkers and Unmercenary Physicians Cosmas and Damian and their mother, St. Theodotia, a festive All-Night Vigil with a litany was held at the Transfiguration Cathedral. The service was led by Metropolitan Symeon of Vinnytsia and Bar. After the service, the Archpastor addressed the congregation with sermon and congratulated the faithful on the upcoming Patronal Feast of the Lower Church of the Cathedral dedicated to Saints Cosmas and Damian. His Eminence also anointed everyone with holy oil.
