On November 21, 2023, on the feast of the Entry of the Most Holy Theotokos, a festive Divine Liturgy was celebrated at the Transfiguration Cathedral of Vinnytsia, led by Metropolitan Symeon of Vinnytsia and Bar. His Eminence was concelebrated by Archpriest Viacheslav Budanevych, Archpriest Ioan Drozd, Archpriest Oleksii Volkov and Archdeacon Vladyslav Demchenko.
After the Gospel reading, Metropolitan Symeon preached a sermon in which he described the history and significance of the feast.
During the Liturgy, special requests and prayers were offered for the Victory of Ukraine.
After the service, Metropolitan Symeon congratulated all those present on the holiday.
On this day, the early and late (Hierarchical rite) Divine Liturgies were celebrated at the Cathedral.
