A Divine Liturgy was celebrated in the Church of St. Nicholas in the Mykola Pirogov Museum in Vinnytsia on the occasion of the Patronal Feast

On December 6, the feast day of St. Nicholas, Archbishop of Myra of Lycia, Wonderworker, a Divine Liturgy was celebrated in the Church of St. Nicholas, located in the National Museum-Estate of Mykola Pirogov in Vinnytsia.

With the blessing of Metropolitan Symeon of Vinnytsia and Bar, Archimandrite Sofronii (Chupryna), a clergyman of the Transfiguration Cathedral, celebrated the service. During the Liturgy, a prayer was read for Ukraine and the Ukrainian military, and a prayer was offered for the repose of the famous surgeon and philosopher Mykola Pirogov.

The service was attended by the museum's management and staff, as well as residents of the Pirogovo neighborhood. At the end of the Liturgy, Archimandrite Sofroniy preached a sermon and congratulated all those present on the Patronal Feast, after which everyone went down to the tomb of Mykola Pirogov where a memorial service was held.
