On December 31, 2023, on the eve of the Feast of the Circumcision of the Lord and the day of remembrance of St. Basil the Great and St. Amphilochius of Pochaiv, Metropolitan Symeon of Vinnytsia and Bar held an All-Night Vigil with a Litia at the Transfiguration Cathedral of Vinnytsia. His Eminence was concelebrated by the clergy of the Cathedral, led by the Cathedral's Administrator, Archpriest Vitaliy Holoskevych. After the polyeleos, Metropolitan Symeon delivered a sermon. The Archpastor also anointed the faithful with holy oil.
The solemn service ended with carols.
