On March 29, 2024, on the Friday of the second week of Great Lent, Metropolitan Symeon of Vinnytsia and Bar prayed during the statutory Service and celebrated the Liturgy of the Presanctified Gifts at the Transfiguration Cathedral of Vinnytsia. His Eminence was concelebrated by Archpriest John Drozd, Archpriest Dymytriy Pylyn, Priest Maksym Kerekesha, Archdeacon Vladyslav Demchenko and Archdeacon Serhiy Boyarsky. During the Liturgy, a prayer was offered for Ukraine's victory over the russian occupiers.
At the end of the service, Metropolitan Symeon delivered a sermon and thanked everyone for the joint prayer.
