On July 15, the Orthodox Church of Ukraine honors the memory of the Holy and Equal-to-the-Apostles Prince Volodymyr of Kyiv and celebrates the 1036th anniversary of the Baptism of Ukraine-Rus and the Day of Ukrainian Statehood.
On the eve of the holiday, on July 14, 2024, His Beatitude Metropolitan Epifaniy of Kyiv and All Ukraine led an All-Night Vigil at the Cathedral of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine, St. Michael's Golden-Domed Cathedral. This is reported by the official website of the OCU.
His Beatitude was concelebrated by Metropolitan Symeon of Vinnytsia and Bar, the hierarchs and clergy from all over Ukraine.
