On August 18, 2024, on the 8th Sunday after Pentecost, Metropolitan Symeon of Vinnytsia and Bar celebrated the Divine Liturgy at the Transfiguration Cathedral in Vinnytsia. His Eminence was concelebrated by Archpriest Vitaliy Goloskevych, Archpriest John Drozd, Archdeacon Vladyslav Demchenko and Deacon Yuriy Glushchuk. During the Liturgy, prayers were offered for Ukraine's victory over the aggressor.
During the Liturgy, Metropolitan Symeon ordained Antonin Melnyk as a deacon.
After the service, His Eminence preached a sermon.
