On November 29, 2023, on the eve of the feast day of the Holy Apostle Andrew the First-Called, Metropolitan Symeon of Vinnytsia and Bar performed an All-Night vigil with a litany at the Transfiguration Cathedral in Vinnytsia. His Eminence was concelebrated by the clergy of the Cathedral. After the polyeleos and veneration before the icon with the relics of the Apostle Andrew, Metropolitan Symeon delivered a sermon. The Archpastor also anointed everyone with holy oil.
