On August 25, 2024, on the 9th Sunday after Pentecost, Metropolitan Symeon of Vinnytsia and Bar celebrated the late Divine Liturgy at the Transfiguration Cathedral in Vinnytsia. His Eminence was concelebrated by Archpriest Vitaliy Holoskevych, Archpriest Vasyl Korovai, Archpriest Dimitriy Pylyn, Archdeacon Vladyslav Demchenko, and Archdeacon Serhiy Boyarsky, and guests in the holy orders. During the service, a prayer was offered for the Ukrainian army and Ukraine's victory over the Russian aggressor.
After the service, the Metropolitan addressed the congregation with a sermon.
After the Liturgy, a prayer service was held before the start of the new school year. The Archpastor sprinkled holy water on the students who came to the church that day to ask for a blessing for good studies.
