On January 1, 2024, on the eve of the Feast of St. Seraphim of Sarov, Metropolitan Symeon of Vinnytsia and Bar led an All-Night Vigil at the Transfiguration Cathedral. His Eminence was concelebrated by the clergy of the Cathedral. After the polyeleos, Metropolitan Symeon addressed the parishioners a sermon and blessed everyone through the anointing with holy oil.
