On February 24, 2024, on the eve of the Sunday of the Publican and Pharisee, Metropolitan Symeon of Vinnytsia and Bar led an All-Night Vigil at the Transfiguration Cathedral in Vinnytsia. The Archpastor was concelebrated by the cathedral's priests, led by Archpriest Vitaliy Holoskevych. During the service, Metropolitan Symeon prayed for those warriors who gave their lives defending their Homeland, and that the Lord would grant strength, courage and His protection to the soldiers who are now fighting for Ukraine's independence. After the service, the Archpastor addressed the clergy and faithful with a sermon and anointed everyone with holy oil.
