On 9 November 2023, on the feast day of the Icon of the Mother of God "Quickly Obedient" and the feast day of St Nectarius of Aegina, Metropolitan Symeon of Vinnytsia and Bar celebrated the Divine Liturgy at the Transfiguration Cathedral in Vinnytsia. The Metropolitan was concelebrated by the cathedral clergy.
During the service, prayers were offered for the victory of the Ukrainian army.
After the prayer service before the icons of the Mother of God "Quickly Hearing" and St Nectarius of Aegina with a part of his holy relics, which had been brought to the cathedral the day before from the Annunciation Convent in Vinnytsia, the Archpastor delivered a sermon.
