On December 31, 2023, on the 30th Sunday after Pentecost, after the Nativity of Christ and before the Theophany, and the day of remembrance of St. Peter Mohyla, Metropolitan Symeon of Vinnytsia and Bar celebrated the Divine Liturgy at the Transfiguration Cathedral in Vinnytsia. His Eminence was concelebrated by the Cathedral's Administrator, Archpriest Vitaliy Holoskevych, Archpriest Dymytriy Pylyn, and Archdeacon Vladyslav Demchenko.
During the service, a prayer was offered for Ukraine's victory over the russian aggressor.
After the Liturgy, Metropolitan Symeon addressed the parishioners with a sermon.
