On April 23, 2024, on the day of commemoration of the Holy Great Martyr St. George the Victorious, Metropolitan Symeon of Vinnytsia and Bar led the Liturgy of the Presanctified Gifts at the Transfiguration Cathedral in Vinnytsia. His Eminence was concelebrated by the priests of the cathedral. During the service, all those present in the church prayed for the victory of Ukraine.
After the Liturgy, Metropolitan Symeon preached a sermon in which he briefly recalled the life of the Holy Great Martyr George.
