On March 17, 2025, on the day of the memory of Venerable Olexii, a man of God, Metropolitan Symeon of Vinnytsia and Bar prayed during the regular service and celebrated the Liturgy of the Presanctified Gifts at the Transfiguration Cathedral of Vinnytsia. His Eminence was concelebrated by the Cathedral clergy. During the service, a prayer for Ukraine was offered.
After the service, His Eminence preached a sermon in which he briefly recalled the life of St. Olexii.
