On August 1, 2023, on the feast day of St. Seraphym of Sarov, Metropolitan Symeon of Vinnytsia and Bar celebrated the Divine Liturgy in the church of St. Seraphym in the village of Bar, Zhmerynka district. The Archpastor was concelebrated by the rector of the church, Father Rostyslav Senych, and clergy of the Vinnytsia-Bar and Vinnytsia-Tulchyn dioceses. During the service, prayers were offered for the Ukrainian army and the victory of Ukraine.
After the Liturgy and the procession around the church, Metropolitan Symeon addressed the parishioners and guests with an archpastoral word. The Archpastor also congratulated Father Rostylav and the parishioners on the patronal feast of the church.
