Metropolitan Symeon celebrates the Liturgy and congratulates the head of the Khmelnytsky Diocese on his Name Day

On June 29, 2024, on the day of remembrance of the Holy Apostles Peter and Paul, at the invitation of Archbishop Pavlo of Khmelnytskyi and Shepetivka, Metropolitan Symeon of Vinnytsia and Bar celebrated the Divine Liturgy at the Cathedral of the Intercession of the Most Holy Theotokos in Khmelnytskyi. His Eminence was concelebrated by Archbishop Pavlo of Khmelnytsky and Shepetivka, local clergy and guests in the holy orders.

During the service, a prayer was offered for the victory of the Ukrainian army over the Russian invaders.

After the Liturgy, a prayer service was held and a prayer to St. Peter and St. Paul was read.

At the end of the service, Metropolitan Symeon congratulated Archbishop Pavlo, the head of the Khmelnytsky Eparchy, on behalf of himself and the clergy and faithful of the Vinnytsia-Bar Diocese on his Name Day. The Archpastor wished Archbishop Pavlo God's help in his archpastoral ministry for the benefit of the Church of Christ and the prayerful intercession of the Holy Apostles Peter and Paul.
