On 29 August 2023, on the feast of the Translation of the Image of the Lord Jesus Christ from Edessa to Constantinople, Metropolitan Symeon of Vinnytsia and Bar celebrated the Divine Liturgy at the Transfiguration Cathedral of Vinnytsia. The Archpastor was concelebrated by the cathedral clergy. During the Liturgy, a prayer was offered for the victory of the Ukrainian army.
At the end of the service, Metropolitan Symeon preached a sermon.
