On July 16, 2023, on the 6th Sunday after Pentecost, Metropolitan Symeon of Vinnytsia and Bar visited the deanery of Tulchyn.
The Archpastor celebrated the Divine Liturgy in the Church of the Protection of the Blessed Virgin Mary in the village of Kisnytsia of the Kryzhopil territorial community. His Eminence was concelebrated by the rector of the church, Archpriest Petro Pidsadnyi, and clergy from Vinnytsia.
During the service, prayers were offered for Ukraine and for the victory of the Ukrainian army. After the Liturgy, a prayer service was held to St. Anatoly, Patriarch of Constantinople, and the Monks Anatolius of Kyiv-Pechersk, whose memory the Church celebrates on this day.
Metropolitan Symeon congratulated the founder of the church, Anatolii Krechkivskyi, on his name day and addressed the parishioners with an archpastoral sermon.
