On 21 October 2023, on the eve of the 20th Sunday after Pentecost and the feast day of St Raphael, Metropolitan of Kyiv, Metropolitan Symeon of Vinnytsia and Bar and Archbishop Athanasius of Odesa and Balta held an All-Night Vigil at the Cathedral of the Nativity of Christ in Odesa. The hierarchs were concelebrated by local clergy.
