On November 21, 2024, Metropolitan Symeon of Vinnytsia and Bar received Archpriest Fedor Kostiuk, Rector of the Holy Protection Church in the village of Dzhulynka, Haisyn district, at the Administration of the Vinnytsia-Bar Diocese. The priest filed a request to accept him and the parish he leads to the Vinnytsia-Bar Diocese of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine. The parishioners made the decision at a general meeting held on Sunday, November 17. After talking with Archpriest Fedir, Metropolitan Symeon signed a decree on his admission to the clergy of the Vinnytsia-Bar Diocese and also signed a new Statute, which was adopted by the general meeting. His Eminence congratulated the new cleric of the Diocese, handed him a “Service Book” and through it conveyed his greetings and blessing to the parishioners of the Holy Protection Church in Dzhulynka village.
