Prayers for Ukraine's victory and commemoration of fallen soldiers and civilians held in Vinnytsia Cathedral

On February 24, 2024, on the second anniversary of russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, a Memorial Service was held at the Transfiguration Cathedral in Vinnytsia and the "Eternal Memory" was proclaimed for the Heroes who gave their lives defending the territorial integrity of Ukraine, as well as for civilians who died by the hands of Russian aggressors. The service, with the blessing of Metropolitan Symeon of Vinnytsia and Bar, was led by the Archpriest Vitaliy Goloskevych.

Afterward, a Prayer Service was held in the church for the Ukrainian state and its courageous defenders, who are doing their best every day to push the enemy out of our land and bring the Victory closer.

At the end of the prayer service, Archpriest Vitaliy called on the faithful to pray and work even harder for victory and to support the warriors who are defending Ukraine and the Ukrainian people from the russian invaders.
