On September 23, 2023, on the eve of the 16th Sunday after Pentecost, at the invitation of Archbishop Tikhon of Ternopil and Buchach, Metropolitan Symeon of Vinnytsia and Bar visited the Church of the Ascension in Zalishchyky, Ternopil region. On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the consecration of the Church, Metropolitan Symeon led a festive All-Night vigil. His Eminence was concelebrated by Metropolitan Roman of Vinnytsia and Bratslav, Archbishop Lavrentiy of Luhansk and Starobilsk, Archbishop Matthiy of Volodymyr and Novovolynsk, Archbishop Tikhon of Ternopil and Buchach, Bishop Paisius of Zhytomyr and Ovruch, Archpriest Vasyl Khrebtak, rector of the church, and invited clergy.
During the service, the Ternopil Miraculous Icon of the Mother of God "Hodegetria" was in the church.
During the service, the Hierarchs and clergy read an akathist to the Blessed Virgin Mary.
