On July 14, 2023, a memorial service was held at the Transfiguration Cathedral in Vinnytsia for those who died as a result of a missile attack on the city by the russian occupiers a year ago. The memorial service was performed by Metropolitan Symeon of Vinnytsia and Bar in concelebration with the clergy of the cathedral and military chaplains.
The names of 29 innocent civilians killed in Vinnytsia, including three children, were mentioned in the prayer offered by the Metropolitan and priests that day....
