On August 1, 2024, on the feast of the Procession of the Honorable Wood of the Life-Giving Cross of the Lord and the Day of the Holy Martyrs Maccabean, a festive service was held at the Transfiguration Cathedral of Vinnytsia. The Divine Liturgy was led by Metropolitan Symeon of Vinnytsia and Bar, concelebrated by the cathedral priests. During the service, prayers were offered for the victory of the Ukrainian army.
