On 9 September 2023, on the feast day of Saints Joachim and Anna and St Theodosius, Archbishop of Chernihiv, Metropolitan Symeon of Vinnytsia and Bar celebrated the Divine Liturgy at the Transfiguration Cathedral in Vinnytsia. The Archpastor was concelebrated by the clergy of the cathedral. During the service, a prayer was offered for the Victory of Ukraine.
