On July 31, 2023, on the eve of the feast day of St. Seraphim of Sarov, Metropolitan Symeon of Vinnytsia and Bar performed an all-night vigil at the Transfiguration Cathedral in Vinnytsia. His Eminence was concelebrated by the clergy of the cathedral. After the service, Metropolitan Symeon addressed the faithful with an archpastoral sermon.
